Elegant, Secure Living
With countless advantages to making Maple Place your home it would be hard to determine just which one is the most important to you. Maple Place enjoys a prime location being within walking distance of uptown shopping and services as well as churches serving seven major denominations. Maple Place is also just minutes away from health care services and access to professional nursing services. Maple Place strives to be a community of neighbors sharing and enjoying life’s experiences in the years of relaxing retirement. And with limited home maintenance, Maple Place is the ideal way to enjoy other activities you have earned the right to deserve.
One of the greatest advantages of living at 200 Maple Place is the freedom it adds to your independent retirement lifestyle. The time and energy you once devoted to shoveling, raking and home maintenance are now yours to invest in things you’ve always wanted to do. You can come and go at your leisure, knowing that 200 Maple Place will always be maintained and groomed to your satisfaction. Your home and surroundings will be a source of pride to share with visiting family and friends.
At 200 Maple Place, we strive to provide an environment that is elegant and secure yet allowing the tenant to decorate and furnish their apartments with the independence they deserve. Three-course fine dining is served in the elegantly decorated dining room between 11:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tenants may even wish to occasionally invite guests to join them for dinner. Housekeeping services are also available on a limited basis. Located on the Jenkins Living Center Campus, emergency medical assistance is available with just a “pull” of a string which notifies a nurse at Jenkins who is able to respond immediately. Tenants are able to obtain personal care services through Jenkins Living Center “Help-at-Home” program and/or Prairie Lakes Home Health Services.
